We have lived in this area since 1974, and grown with all the wonderful changes and people in our area. We have spent atleast tens of thousands of dollars over the years, sometimes more than once a day, in your location. On January 10/12 at appx 3:15pm, we popped in to drop off our empty water bottle, as we always do, at the service counter. Three female employees were chatting, one of which was the manager, who in my absolute shock, turned to me in a very rude, crass, and obnoxious manner, insinuated that i had stolen the bottle because there was no tag on it!! I explained that we come here every day and this is where we got the bottle from. She said "thats not our problem, we don't care about that" I said "with that attitude, we won't be coming back here". The reply was "we are ok with that"!!!!!!!!" Is this for real? If i looked like a bum off the street, i was in my suit, i would still have been offended. I am absolutely disgusted and overwhelmed that any employee anywhere could have such an attitude. Do you really think we would do this for a bottle? We went back that night to ask for the manager, and another female with not tag, said to come back in the morning. We ended up going to the Kensington location to finish off this horrifying day, and did our shopping as usual. We sent in a comment card but have heard nothing. We are insulted beyond any words. This is unforgivable and we want to know what you are going to do about it.
