Taverna Greka Restaurant

I don't know what you are talking about. This is one of my favourite restaurants. Having been a loyal customer, I am pleased to say that the food, ambience, service, and view have all combined to make my meal enjoyable. The waitresses go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and often ask if you would like the window open or not. In response to the other review, I suggest that this is not the restaurant's fault, but a mistake on your part. Knowing that Valentine's Day is one of the most reserved days of the year, it would have been considerate to do so. The kalamari is excellent and their desserts are wonderful! I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good eat at a reasonable price.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at Greka Taverna. We went there on Valentine's Day without a reservation so they sat us in a corner at the front of the restaurant by the front door. We are a young couple & it's not like we were dressed inappropriately, but we do know we were treated unfairly.

New customers arrived, also without reservations they were immediately seated in the main dining area with a water view. We asked why we weren't seated in the main dining area & they brushed me off. When I told them I was very disappointed in their service, spoken in a very loud & clear voice, the owner told me that he would buy me a drink. Needless, to say, we left very upset & will never be back.
