This fastfood chain has poor customer service(New Westminster branch). On the second week of September 2006, I drove-thru this restaurant to order. When I went home, I found out that I didn't exactly get what I ordered. What's more, I found out from my receipt that I paid for everything that I ordered. This has happened to me quite a few times with this outlet and at that time I just about had it so I phoned the restaurant and spoke to a Manager named Philip. After I told him about my experience, he said he will send me a gift certificate to my home for my inconvinience. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any mail from him.
